Terms & Condition for the use of our services as well as pricing for orders executed by Phoenix Lingua OOD

Depending on the desired service and your requirements for delivery terms, we will reply to you with a price quote. For the different services offered the prices are formed as described below. Written translations

• The price is formed on the basis of the BDS for a standard page of 1800 characters, counted using the Microsoft Word Tools / word count / characters with spaces option.
• The price is formed on the basis of 1 word in the source text. 1 page can contain between 200 and 250 words. Words are counted using the Microsoft Word Tools / word count or other translation software
  

Localization – The price is calculated per hour.

Copywriting and Content writing – the price is calculated per word depending on the text specificity, difficulty, delivery terms and volume of the project.

Language and Consulting services – the price is calculated per hour engagement, necessary for the consultation or other depending on the specifics of the inquiry.

Editing & Proofreading – the price is calculated per word and the text volume counted in Microsoft Word tool by the option Tools/word count.

Interpreting – the price is calculated per hour for 1 or more interpreters. The minimum charging time is 1 (one) hour. Each new hour started after the tenth minute is charged as a full hour. The price includes the time for which the interpreter is at your disposal, whether or not the actual interpreting is happening. If applicable, the client undertakes to provide transportation, accommodation, daily allowance and other expenses of the interpretor/s necessary for them to conduct the project.

Audio & Video Transcription – the price is calculated based on 1 minute transcribing of the recorded material.

Digital Marketing service – the price is calculated on the basis of monthly fee or one-time project fee.

The use of translation tools:

Phoenix Lingua OOD uses specialized translation software that allows opening and reading of different types of files, translating them, and converting them into a variety of formats.
